Victoria, British Columbia, Canada is located on the
southern tip of Vancouver Island. It is serviced by all major airlines.
There are also a ferries available from Seattle, WA, Port Angeles, WA
and Vancouver, BC. There are commuter flights from Seattle and Vancouver.

Requirements for International Visitors to Canada:
When you enter Canada, a customs officer will ask to see your passport
and a valid visa, if one is necessary. If you are a citizen of the
United States, you will need a passport to enter Canada
and also for reentry into the US. If you are a permanent resident
of the US, you should bring your Permanent Resident Card (i.e., green
card) with you.
